Grand Paris Express line 15 Northeast-2

the project
UBY has been selected to provide instrumentation and monitoring services for the Northeast 2, line 15 of the Grand Paris Express. This project encompasses civil engineering tasks for 5,5 km of tunnels, three new stations, and four new service structures situated between Bobigny and Aubervilliers.

Challenge
Given the dense building environment and the sensitive context {such as tunnel boring machines operating under Metro line 12 at the Marie d’Aubervilliers station and line 7 at the Fort d’Aubervilliers station, as well as the works at the DBO station near the SNCF tracks}, it is crucial to establish accurate and reliable monitoring systems, Additionally, appropriate and responsive management of the measurements is essential for the smooth operation of the construction site.
Date of completion: 2030

uby solution
A network of geotechnical and structural sensors is deployed within and around the construction site (specifically in the geotechnical influence zone of the tunnel under construction and the associated structures).
The collected data is transmitted to a real-time UBY Structure platform for visualization. This platform monitors the behavior of these structures and alerts site managers to any abnormal behavior, enabling them to take necessary corrective actions.
