Our vision

Committed to developing the constructions of tomorrow, UBY brings technological solutions to Construction and infrastructure operators: better measuring and managing environmental impacts, health and safety, productivity, operation logistics and build sustainability.

UBY is first and foremost a team of over 80 employees working hand in hand to create innovative services for worksites and infrastructure by harnessing the power of digital, technology and data.

Obtaining the Patent “Method for determining in real time and continuously the particle rate of a given material”.

2024

🤝 1 new major project won in France on the Grand Paris Express,

🌍 The development of our six international subsidiaries, including the creation of two new ones, UBY Monaco and UBY Canada Inc., to be able to sign contracts locally, notably the two major projects won in Baltimore and Montreal,

🚀 Continued acceleration of the business in France and internationally, where it has doubled compared to 2023,

🎯 A platform that now processes some 4 million messages per day and is becoming increasingly differentiated thanks to the complementarity of consolidated solutions (Structure, Asset, Environment, Soil, Safe, Productivity),

🏗 A constantly growing number of projects deployed: +250 active projects worldwide and in safety with 0 accidents.

2023

🤝 Two major projects won in France on the Toulouse metro and the Grand Paris Express,

🌍 The creation of UBY's international subsidiaries, UBY USA Inc., UBY Australia Pty Ltd, UBY HK Ltd, and UBY UK Ltd, to be able to sign contracts locally, including the two major projects won in Hong Kong and Washington,

🏗 The successful deployment of some 150 projects,

🏆 The Grand Prix de l'Innovation Tech (Le Moniteur, Groupe Moniteur) won for our #uDust sensor for monitoring hazardous respirable crystalline silica dust.

COM’IN becomes UBY.
From the latin ubique meaning “everywhere”, UBY expresses our ambition to help our clients monitor every dimension of their operation.

July 2022

As of July 1, 2022, TopoEverywhere, Omniscient and Ubysol, digital solutions developed in other Bouygues Group innovation programs, joined COM’IN, to become together a leading player in Constructech.

2nd semester 2021

The Considerate Constructor Scheme (an independent UK organisation founded to raise standards in the construction industry, to encourage best practice beyond legal requirements) references COM’IN deployed on LINKCITY UK’s HQ3 project.

L. Mareuge proposes to bring together within COM’IN solutions developed within the Group which, although dealing with the different challenges of our Clients, use exactly the same technical framework.

July 2021

COM’IN is incorporated as a subsidiary of the Bouygues Group.

1st semester 2021

Obtaining contracts with SNCF Réseau and the Société du Grand Paris.

September 2020

COM’IN was awarded the Construction Trophy in the “Digital Solution for Construction Sites” category by Batiactu and SMABTP. COM’IN also won the Netexplo Change Award in the Corporate and Social Responsibility category.

Obtaining a contract with the Princely Government of Monaco: “Pasteur Island” Project

November 2019

COM’IN wins the TP Trophy awarded by Le Moniteur and the FNTP in the “Startup” category.

April 2019

The startup was then created, hosted within the Bouygues Group's GIE Intrapreneurat and financed equally by Bouygues Construction and Colas.

The beginning of the story :

Annoyed with the Grand Paris Express disruptions at the Issy station, local residents dumped a sofa on the construction site. Laurent Mareuge proposes to develop “an algorythm to better manage worksite disturbances”.
